Mike Pantaleo delivers one of my favorite concepts of the year—the Tampa Bay Lightning the way the should be, with the full complement of colors. Blue and white are a good start. Black and silver are necessary to complete the look. I even like the lightning bolts on the shoulders of the fourth jersey.
