Lady Liberty takes over the New York Rangers uniforms in this new concept from Steven Grant. He says he “wanted to try to modernize their Lady Liberty look, including replacing silver with seafoam green”—otherwise known as copper patina green.

If the Kraken can make that color combination work so well, why couldn’t the Rangers? Plus, then we’d rid the NHL of a couple of its wordmark jerseys. And wouldn’t we all be better for that?
