Truman Keith serves up a Winter Classic concept that predates the hat artwork leaks that seem to have revealed the team crests. Instead, he’s working with very different iconography. He writes:

For the Kraken, the guy who owns the rights to the Metropolitans logo said the team is not going to use the heritage look, so I went with a octopus logo in the style of the Predators Winter Classic logo and the vintage Michigan Wolverines logo. For the Knights, I went with a style of the Vegas Gamblers if they were around in the 1930s.
