Morgan Edwards tackles an alternate history this time around, imagining that the North Stars never left Minnesota—but still switched to black in 1992. He writes:
In time for the 2010-11 season, a new uniform set is released that restores the N-Star to primary status. The designers sought to improve the 1988-91 set by unifying the striping pattern and switching the shoulder-yoke to the road-whites to make green more prominent. Two seasons later, the “ST^RS” logo makes a comeback on a new black alternate that loosely revives the concept of their 1981 black prototype.
What’s old is new again. Sounds like we’re going in circles a little, but it sounds like real life to me.
