Today brings a little something from the vault. Adam Lawrence submitted these Calgary Flames jerseys way back in 2020. I’m not sure what took me so long to post them. But Adam has a similar story. He writes:

I've been a longtime visitor of your site—back to the original [NHL Tournament of Logos]—and I have to say I’m a huge fan. I’m not sure why it took me so long to dip my toe into the jersey concepts pool but alas here we are! These submissions are my take on a potential Reverse Retro Blasty in the ’04 Flames cut, and a recreation of the original Blasty third in the Adizero cut.

We did finally get Blasty back about a month after Adam’s original email when the first round of Reverse Retros were released in November 2020. Then the Flames brought them back as a third jersey this season.

Seeing them side by side this way leads me to ask: which do you like better? Red or black?
