Sebastian Guglietti and a commenter on the Icethetics YouTube channel came together to predict the future last year. We just didn’t know it at the time.

A user named Vermillion posted on one of my videos in 2022: “I always thought putting a classic RCAF type logo on the powder blue jets jersey would've been awesome.”

Sebastian was inspired. He wrote: “I think the current Jets logo needs to be front and center on a baby blue jersey and what better way to execute that idea than by incorporating all of the official RCAF colours into one uniform. I like the way It blends the modern and retro eras of the Jets as well.”

Of course he didn’t quite nail the details, but he did seem to capture the broad strokes. And it’s a thing of beauty.

He did all of this way back in August 2022—a solid year before the Jets unveiled their new throwback-inspired uniform for this season. So how about that?
