Rob Knoppert makes his debut appearance on the Concepts Showcase. For this Freak Out Friday entry, the Dutch artist delivers a little something for Colorado. He writes:

I’ve put together a concept (admittedly rough) for an Avalanche third jersey that pays homage to the 1972-73 WHA Quebec Nordiques uniforms. I hope it’s different enough from what you normally see as Colorado Avalanche concepts. I was inspired by the rumors about a different Reverse Retro thing happening, which happens to be 50 years since the original uniform I was inspired by.
